Shipping Policy

Burlington Medi Spa currently ships products within Canada.  Once you complete an online purchase, we will safely wrap and package your items for shipping. We use Canada Post for shipping and shipping times will depend on the location within Canada, and any possible Covid issues.

It can take 1 - 2 business days to process your order before it is shipped.  Once your order has been processed, you will be notified with an order confirmation email.

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout.

Burlington Medi Spa shall not be held liable for any damages incurred through shipping or delivery.  If you received damaged products or if the package is damaged please take a picture and send it to us to evaluate.  Contact us immediately for further instructions.

If you return an item that is damaged, without authorization, lost in transit, or if the item is not returned in a timely manner following the issuance of your return authorization number, your return will not be processed.

We don't ship to P.O. Boxes.  We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain locations.

We also offer pick-up in office or curbside at 2025 Guelph Line by appointment only.
