Refund Policy

All products, product sales and digital gift card purchases are FINAL and no returns on are made once they are shipped out.  Please make sure you are 100% certain of the product you have selected for purchase.

Once the mailed package status has been stated as "completed" or "delivered" by Canada Post or any courier company we use, Burlington Medi Spa is not liable for any package lost in transit, missing or stolen items. No Refunds will be processed.
